I always knew what I wanted to do when I grew up…

After graduating from Parsons School of Design, I began my life as an illustrator with some interludes as an art buyer for an advertising agency, an assistant to top-notch artist’s agents and as a photo researcher.

My illustrations have appeared in various magazines, children’s books, advertising, and inspirational card decks. 

My personal mixed media work on paper uses a combination of watercolor, colored pencil, collage and other techniques like rubbings, scratchboard and image transfer. The fabric pieces use the same approaches as my Mixed Media on Paper, working with bits of fabric, beads, embroidery and painting. They’re illustrative yet they are in their own undefined category.

I have shown my work in various group art shows with many pieces are in private collections.
